Ingredients

  • 1 cup C.F. Burger Creamery Heavy Whipping Cream (8oz./one half-pint carton)
  • 3 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp. Confectioners’ Sugar
Heavy Whipping Cream

Easy Clotted Cream

- Prep Time: 30 min Servings: 16
Throwing a small get-together or having friends over for tea and coffee? This clotted cream is a perfect spread for scones, breads, and pastries. It’s quick and easy to make, and is guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser. The rich and creamy spread is accompanied by a sweet and tangy flavor making it a perfect topper for almost any baked good.

Directions

  1. Using a chilled whisk attachment on a blender or mixer, whip the heavy whipping cream in a chilled bowl until stiff peaks form (whisk attachment and bowl can be placed in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to chill.)
  2. Once mixed, hand whisk in the whipped cream, sour cream and confectioners’ sugar until combined.
  3. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy! This recipe is good for about five days.

  • ¾ cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 lb. Fettuccine Noodles
  • to taste Salt & Pepper

This simple, creamy, and authentic Italian dish is guaranteed to be loved by all, even the kids. Real, cheesy, from-scratch Alfredo sauce is truly one of the most delicious things. This dish pairs well with pasta and perfectly seared, juicy chicken for a decadent and easy dinner.

Directions

  1. Combine the heavy whipping cream, butter, and garlic and bring to a simmer in a saute pan. (approximately 10 minutes.)
  2. Add freshly grated parmesan cheese until melted, stirring occasionally. (For a thicker sauce, feel free to add in extra parmesan cheese until you’ve reached your desired consistency.)
  3. Cook fettuccine noodles until al dente.
  4. Add noodles to saute pan and mix.
  5. Finish with more grated parmesan and top with fresh basil.
