Ingredients
- 2 cups C.F. Burger Creamery Heavy Whipping Cream (COLD) (1 pint)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Whipped Cream
- Prep Time: 5 min Servings: 4-6Enjoy it on its own, with berries or ice cream. The possibilities are really endless with this homemade whipped cream! This smooth and creamy confection is perfect when made with C.F. Burger Creamery Heavy Whipping Cream and goes on just about anything sweet like hot cocoa or berries.
Directions
- Put the bowl of a standing mixer or a large mixing bowl (glass or metal preferred) into the refrigerator to chill for at least 15-30 minutes (or longer) before starting the process.
- Add C.F. Burger Creamery Heavy Whipping Cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the chilled bowl of a standing mixer. (or chilled mixing bowl)
- Use the wire whisk attachment to a standing mixer or a hand-held mixer, and beat the ingredients together. Start on a low speed and increase the speed slowly as the cream begins to firm up.
- Beat for 60-90 seconds until stiff peaks start to form. Stop once halfway through to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a piping bag to pipe onto your favorite dessert or into hot chocolate. You can also leave the whipped cream in a serving dish.

- Prep Time: 15 min Servings: 1-2If you love eggnog or oatmeal, then you are guaranteed to love this eggnog oatmeal. The rolled oats, C.F. Burger Creamery Deluxe Old-Fashioned Eggnog, vanilla extract, cinnamon and banana make the perfect comfort food. Enjoy it for breakfast or as a sweet treat whenever the mood strikes. Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients over low heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 6-8 minutes or until the banana is soft and oats have absorbed the liquid.
- Using a whisk, whip the oats vigorously to dissolve the banana and fluff the oatmeal.
- Serve immediately with desired toppings.

Directions
- Add ice cream, eggnog and cinnamon to a blender and mix until smooth.

- 4 lbs. sweet potatoes, washed, peeled and cut into 2-inch rounds
- 1 cup CF Burger Heavy Whipping Cream
- 8 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted, plus more for serving (1 stick)
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 full lemon zest
- ½ tsp. freshly-grated or ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp. salt

Mashed Sweet Potatoes
- Prep Time: 1 hour Servings: 8 - 10A fun twist to the classic mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes are the perfect side dish to add to any meal, especially around the holidays! The cream, butter, brown sugar, nutmeg, and sweetness and earthiness of the potatoes all work together to offer a buttery and delicious bite every time.
Directions
- Once the sweet potatoes are washed, peeled, and cut into 2-inch round pieces, place the sweet potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Cook until the potatoes are very tender, about 45 minutes. Drain the potatoes and let them stand to release any excess water, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Combine the sweet potatoes, cream, butter, sugar, lemon zest, nutmeg and salt in a large bowl. Mash until the mixture is light and smooth.
- Top with a small slice of butter, serve and enjoy.

- Prep Time: 10 min Servings: 1Scrambled eggs are one we've all enjoyed many times over. Scrambled eggs are soft, creamy, rich, and flavorful, especially when you add a dash of C.F. Burger Heavy Whipping Cream. A major bonus point for these beauties, they only take about 5 minutes to make. How awesome is that? Enjoy. Don’t forget to tag us on social media!
Directions
- To a heated pan add 1 tablespoon of butter to melt.
- Crack 2 eggs into a separate bowl, add1 TBS of C.F Burger Heavy Whipping Cream.
- Whisk until whites and yolks are completely combined.
- Pour egg mixture into pan and stir while soft curds form.
- Cook eggs to desired consistency and remove eggs from heat.
