Ingredients
- 2 cups Self Rising Flour
- 1½ cups CF Burger Heavy Whipping Cream

2-Ingredient Cream Biscuits
- Prep Time: 15 min Servings: 6In under 20-minutes you can have biscuits that work for any time of the day! A perfect biscuit that pairs with all your favorites: gravy, honey, jam, and much more. Makes for an easy snack or meal.
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 500ºF degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Place flour in a large bowl. Gradually stir in cream, adding just enough to moisten flour to a sticky dough. (You may have a little leftover)
- Pour biscuit dough onto a lightly floured surface. (Use the self-rising flour)
- Gently pat, knead, and roll the dough to about a ½-inch thickness. Dust with flour on top of biscuit dough and fold over.
- Pat or roll dough gently to a ½-inch thickness – approximately a 7-inch square.
- Cut dough with a 2-inch biscuit cutter. Rerolling dough as needed.
- Place biscuits on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

- 2 lbs. Ground Sirloin

- 2 tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp. Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1½ cups Beef Stock
- 1 cup CF Burger Creamery Half & Half
- 1 lb. Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar (divided)
- Frozen Tater Tots
- Fresh Chives (for serving)

Tater Tot Hotdish
- Prep Time: 50 min Servings: 6A new spin on an old classic dinner side, this Tater Tot Hotdish takes the favored and savored parts of a home-cooked meal and throws them into a delicious casserole. You can make a meal your family and friends will remember forever, in just under an hour.
Directions
- Heat oven to 400 F. Set a baking sheet on a lower rack while oven preheats.
- Place a large cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and heat until shimmering. Add onion and ½ teaspoon of the kosher salt, stirring to coat. Cook until onions begin to become translucent, about 3 minutes. Stir in garlic cloves and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more.
- Add ground sirloin, remaining kosher salt, seasoned salt and black pepper, to taste. Brown the meat thoroughly, stirring to ensure even cooking. Drain the fat and discard.
- Sprinkle flour, cornstarch and Worcestershire sauce over the meat, stirring to coat. Add beef stock, followed by half & half. Bring mixture to a boil and simmer 10–15 minutes, or until sauce has reduced by half and thickened, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Once sauce is thick, stir in the frozen vegetables. Taste filling and adjust seasoning, if necessary. Stir in ½ cup of shredded cheddar. Top with the remaining cheese and a single layer of frozen tater tots.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until tots are golden brown and filling is bubbling, making sure the skillet is set over the baking sheet to avoid any oven spills. Remove from oven, sprinkle with chives, if desired, and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- 1 full lemon zest
- ½ tsp. freshly-grated or ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp. salt

Mashed Sweet Potatoes
- Prep Time: 1 hour Servings: 8 - 10A fun twist to the classic mashed potatoes, mashed sweet potatoes are the perfect side dish to add to any meal, especially around the holidays! The cream, butter, brown sugar, nutmeg, and sweetness and earthiness of the potatoes all work together to offer a buttery and delicious bite every time.
Directions
- Once the sweet potatoes are washed, peeled, and cut into 2-inch round pieces, place the sweet potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
- Cook until the potatoes are very tender, about 45 minutes. Drain the potatoes and let them stand to release any excess water, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Combine the sweet potatoes, cream, butter, sugar, lemon zest, nutmeg and salt in a large bowl. Mash until the mixture is light and smooth.
- Top with a small slice of butter, serve and enjoy.

- 2 oz. Sherry wine (or amount to taste)

- 6 oz. Chicken Breast or Filet Mignon
Optional: For added flavor, add small amount of chicken base or beef base, and ½ tsp. of minced garlic

- Prep Time: 25 min Servings: 2You’ll want to put this creamy mushroom sauce on just about everything you make from here on out. From steak and chicken to mashed and baked potatoes, this mushroom sauce is perfect paired with anything. It is simple to make and just as comforting to eat. Enjoy every bite! Directions
- Sear 6 ounces of seasoned chicken breast (or filet mignon) in a frying pan. Remove from the pan and finish cooking in the oven.
- In the same searing pan, turn to medium heat, add olive oil, mushrooms, and rosemary.
- After mushrooms cook down and brown, add the Sherry, stir, then add C.F Burger Creamery Coffee Cream.

- Using a chilled whisk attachment on a blender or mixer, whip the C.F Burger Creamery Heavy Whipping Cream in a chilled bowl until stiff peaks form (whisk attachment and bowl can be placed in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to chill.)
- Once mixed, hand whisk in the whipped cream, sour cream and confectioners’ sugar until combined.
- Store in the refrigerator and enjoy! This recipe is good for about five days.
