Ingredients

  • 4 oz. C.F. Burger Creamery Coffee Cream (Light Cream/18%)
  • 6-8 oz. Cremini (or favorite) cleaned mushrooms
  • 2 oz. Sherry wine (or amount to taste)
  • 1 tsp. Olive Oil
  • to taste Minced Rosemary (fresh, if available)
  • 6 oz. Chicken Breast or Filet Mignon

Optional: For added flavor, add small amount of chicken base or beef base, and ½ tsp. of minced garlic

You’ll want to put this creamy mushroom sauce on just about everything you make from here on out. From steak and chicken to mashed and baked potatoes, this mushroom sauce is perfect paired with anything. It is simple to make and just as comforting to eat. Enjoy every bite! Directions

  1. Sear 6 ounces of seasoned chicken breast (or filet mignon) in a frying pan. Remove from the pan and finish cooking in the oven.
  2. In the same searing pan, turn to medium heat, add olive oil, mushrooms, and rosemary.
  3. After mushrooms cook down and brown, add the Sherry, stir, then add coffee cream.
  4. Reduce heat, simmer and stir until sauce is thickened to desired gravy consistency. (approximately 2-5 minutes)
