Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups C.F. Burger Creamery Heavy Whipping Cream
- ¼ cup Cocoa Powder (dutch preferred), sifted (use ⅓ cup for DARK chocolate flavor)
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar (use ¼ cup for DARK chocolate flavor)
- ¼ tsp. Almond Extract (optional)

Easy Chocolate Mousse
- Prep Time: 10 min Servings: 4-5If you're a chocolate lover, this easy chocolate mousse will make your day! Decadent and creamy, this is an easy chocolate mousse recipe that anyone can make and all can enjoy. Chocolate mousse is delicious on its own, with fresh berries or layered in a trifle. No matter how you eat it, you are guaranteed to enjoy every bite.
Directions
- In a chilled mixing bowl, begin whipping cream. Whip until frothy and slightly thicken.
- Add powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Carefully mix until soft peaks form.
- Add almond extract if desired. Whip until stiff peaks form.
- Spoon into plastic bag or piping bag with piping tip. Pip into serving bowls or glasses.
- Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

- 6 pieces Bread of Choice
Optional: add in 2 beaten eggs to the eggnog mixture for an “eggier” taste

French Toast
- Prep Time: 15 min Servings: 2-3Ready for the best and easiest French toast you’ve ever had? All you need is bread, C.F. Burger Creamery Deluxe Old Fashioned Egg Nog (available all year long) and a frying pan. Our eggnog already contains all the sugar, cream, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon needed for delicious French toast. Ok, you might need some powdered sugar and a fork, but really that's it. Enjoy!
Directions
- Pour 6 to 8 ounces of C.F. Burger Creamery Deluxe Old Fashioned Egg Nog (available all year long) into a bowl.
- Place a frying pan over medium heat and grease with butter.
- Dip one piece of bread at a time into the mixture and place into the heated frying pan.
- Once each side of the bread is toasted and cooked through, remove from heat, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve with pure maple syrup.
