Ingredients
- 1½ cups All-Purpose Flour
- 3½ tsp. Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp. Salt (or more to taste)
- 1 tbsp. White Sugar
- 1¼ cup CF Burger Creamery Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Egg
- 3 tbsp. Butter (melted)

Pancakes
- Prep Time: 20 min Servings: 8This is one pancake recipe that will brighten anyone's morning. These pancakes also pair perfectly with a nice hot cup of coffee and C.F. Burger’s Half & Half. It’s everything you need for a perfect morning and to take on a busy day.
Directions
- In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

- 2 chorizo sausages, thinly sliced
- 4 eggs
- ½ cup C.F. Burger Creamery Heavy Whipping Cream
- ⅓ cup milk
- ½ cup drained roasted red pepper strips
- ¾ cup grated tasty cheese
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced

Muffin Pan Quiche
- Prep Time: 60 min Servings: 6These muffin pan quiches are the perfect brunch or party finger food to satisfy and relish. The savory sausage blends together flawlessly with the egg, cheese, and cream for a delicious protein option. They are guaranteed to be a crowd favorite as well as a weekend brunch staple.
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan-forced. Grease a 12-hole, ⅓ cup capacity muffin pan.
- Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread slightly. Spray each side of bread with oil. Line prepared pan holes with bread, pressing to form a case.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly golden and crisp. Remove from the oven.
- Meanwhile, heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chorizo. Cook, turning, for 3 to 4 minutes or until golden and crisp. Transfer to a paper towel to drain.
- Whisk the eggs, cream and milk together, and season with salt and pepper.
- Divide pepper strips, chorizo, cheese and ⅔ of onion among bread cases. Carefully pour over the egg mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and set. Serve quiches sprinkled with remaining onion.

Burger Creamery Deluxe Old-Fashioned Eggnog, vanilla extract, cinnamon and banana make the perfect comfort food. Enjoy it for breakfast or as a sweet treat whenever the mood strikes. Directions
- In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients over low heat. Bring to a simmer and cook for 6-8 minutes or until the banana is soft and oats have absorbed the liquid.
- Using a whisk, whip the oats vigorously to dissolve the banana and fluff the oatmeal.

Directions
- To a heated pan add 1 tablespoon of butter to melt.
- Crack 2 eggs into a separate bowl, add1 TBS of C.F Burger Heavy Whipping Cream.
- Whisk until whites and yolks are completely combined.
- Pour egg mixture into pan and stir while soft curds form.
- Cook eggs to desired consistency and remove eggs from heat.

Our eggnog already contains all the sugar, cream, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon needed for delicious French toast. Ok, you might need some powdered sugar and a fork, but really that's it. Enjoy!
Directions
- Pour 6 to 8 ounces of C.F. Burger Creamery Deluxe Old Fashioned Egg Nog (available all year long) into a bowl.
- Place a frying pan over medium heat and grease with butter.
- Dip one piece of bread at a time into the mixture and place into the heated frying pan.
- Once each side of the bread is toasted and cooked through, remove from heat, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve with pure maple syrup.
