Ingredients
- 1 cup C.F. Burger Creamery Heavy Whipping Cream (8oz./one half-pint carton)
- 3 cups Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp. Confectioners’ Sugar
Easy Clotted Cream
- Prep Time: 30 min Servings: 16Throwing a small get-together or having friends over for tea and coffee? This clotted cream is a perfect spread for scones, breads, and pastries. It’s quick and easy to make, and is guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser. The rich and creamy spread is accompanied by a sweet and tangy flavor making it a perfect topper for almost any baked good.
Directions
- Using a chilled whisk attachment on a blender or mixer, whip the C.F Burger Creamery Heavy Whipping Cream in a chilled bowl until stiff peaks form (whisk attachment and bowl can be placed in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to chill.)
- Once mixed, hand whisk in the whipped cream, sour cream and confectioners’ sugar until combined.
- Store in the refrigerator and enjoy! This recipe is good for about five days.
